I've made three so far. On the card on the right, I tried cutting up the image, like I've seen on a lot of blogs. I've wanted to try it for a while and finally felt like I had a good image that would slice well.
This is a close up of the card in the back so you can see the entire card.
Supplies:
Paper: Basic cardstock from Michaels, patterned paper from a friend
Images: Rub-ons, I believe they are from K&Company
Embellishments: Ribbon from a friend (I have been blessed with crafting gifts by so many dear friends - if you are one of them, please know that I appreciate your thoughtfulness so much! They have really helped me explore different crafting techniques, that I otherwise might not have even tried yet!)
Sentiments: Freehand
That's too funny! I had to pop into target for a birthday gift today and walked past the $1 isle. I had to browse, of course and that's where I thought of you!
ReplyDeleteThey have a stockpile of the most amazing valentine scrapbook/card making supplies...only $1!!! Good thing I wasn't tempted. =) I did pick up some cute stuff for my Sunday School class though. =)
With all that said, the cards are lovely...I really like red...it's not my favorite color, but it goes right up there with any autumn color and red leaves on trees are the best. =)
Thanks for sharing your new creations! =)
